摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing the inductive production efficiency of a pluripotent stem cell, wherein transcription factors are reduced to keep high reprogramming efficiency, and to reduce accumulation of reprogramming cell mutations, thereby enhancing the operability of a reprogramming technique. ! SOLUTION: There is provided a method for enhancing the qualities of induced pluripotent stem cells by using Jhdm1a and a stem cell-inducing factor to enhance the induction efficiency of a pluripotent stem cell. The stem cell-inducing factor is a combination of Oct4 and Klf4, a combination of Oct4, Klf4 and Sox2, a combination of Oct4 and Sox2, or single Oct4. The method further includes a step of exposing the cell to vitamin C, and the induction efficiency of the pluripotent stem cell is more improved than a case not using vitamin C. Relatively few stem cell-inducing factors are used to lower latent carcinogenicity and simultaneously obtain high induction efficiency, whereby induced pluripotent stem cells having a high quality reproductive transmission ability can be obtained. !
